Everything Is Alive — A Conversation on Shamanism with Shavasti
When I invited Shavasti to join me, I expected a conversation about shamanic traditions and practices. Instead, we began somewhere else—with travel, languages, history, and the experience of living between cultures. As our conversation unfolded, I began to understand why. For Shavasti, shamanism is not primarily a set of techniques. It is a way of seeing the world—a world where everything is alive, everything exists in relationship, and our connection with ancestors, nature, and one another shapes how we live.
